If you have reason to believe you are a victim of Identity Theft or home title theft you should call the Identity Response Center at the toll-free number provided on your Certificate of Benefits.

Meet Your Dedicated Certified Recovery Specialist

Once you have contacted the Identity Response Center your case will be assigned to an ICFE Certified Identity Theft Risk Specialist who will review the details of your case with you and determine the next steps in restoring your identity or home title. This process is known as the Identity Theft Intake Interview.

Return the Completed Recovery Packet

After the Intake Interview process, you will receive an identity theft victim recovery packet containing the limited power of attorney and affidavit that you must sign and return authorizing your recovery specialist to start acting on your behalf.
